Who can order
To order from us you must be a registered business with an ABN. We are a wholesaler and do not sell to the general public.
We will require proof of business, such as a Business Registration Certificate.
Simply complete our customer details form and fax/email it back so we can set you up as a customer in our system and provide you with access to our online ordering.

Minimum order value
Our minimum order value is $250 ex GST + FREIGHT.

Orders over $500 ex GST will receive FREE FREIGHT*.
*Unless arranged otherwise by agreement. Freight charges will apply for bulky, remote, WA and NT orders.

Changes to your order
Changes can be made to orders up until they are being processed through our warehouse. Call us!


Sometimes we sell more of a product than we expected and there can be a delay getting the product back in stock.
Unfortunately, we do not process backorders, but can advise you when the item is back in stock.
We accept forward orders, and can send the stock to you as soon as the shipment arrives. Forward orders are required to be a minimum order amount. For more information email us at [email protected]


Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, should you require fixed pricing, we are able to quote pricing for a period of 30 days if requested. Prices will be confirmed on placement of the order. All prices quoted do not include GST.


Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be processed upon dispatch of your order.

Customers who hold approved accounts can charge orders to their account. Payment terms for these customers is net 30 days from the date of invoice for established accounts.

Yes we do charge freight for orders under $500 ex GST. However, we only pass on the company’s freight charge. Shamrock does not charge an additional service fee. Freight charge will be added to your order upon dispatch.

We currently ship orders to Australia and New Zealand. For other International orders please enquire directly.


We aim to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. We generally process orders within 48 hours. At peak times it may take a little longer, however our customer service team will inform you of any delays when you place your order.

We will also attempt to provide urgent deliveries when required.


Goods will only be accepted for credit if returned within 14 days of invoice date, otherwise no liability can be accepted. Authority must be obtained prior to return and invoice number must be quoted.


Return freight on consignments will only be accepted by Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd where the goods have been incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit. Any freight charges that are not the responsibility of Shamrock Australia will be recharged to the customer.

Product Sourcing
Many of our products are sourced from around the world such as China, Taiwan, Philippines, America and of course Australia.

We choose our suppliers very carefully and only work with reliable and ethical factories. We conduct regular factory audits to ensure safe workplace practices.

Customers are welcome to visit our Factory Outlet Shop for end of season specials & hot buys.

Helping the community
